Through a customer trial program we were able to convert over 50% in to active contracts.

MyDocket was an innovative software that notified you when someone opened an email, attachment, video etc. and how long they viewed it and what they viewed. This allowed sales and account representative to gain insight they never had before. Reps now knew exactly what potential customers were looking at, what was important to them and what was not etc. Conversations were now more tailored and less discovery time was needed.

Outcomes and Responsibilities:

  • I developed a streamline customer success program from the point of on-boarding new customers, health checks, and expanding their product profile. This successful and high touch plan allowed up to grow and achieve loyalty amongst our customers and industry.

  • A large part of my role at MyDocket was to provide support through our trial phases with potential customers. Through our white glove customer service we educated, listened, and developed a relationship with our leads. As a result, we were converted over 50% of our trial customers in to actual customers.

  • I communicated with top customers each month to gain knowledge on what worked for them, their business and any feedback on the product. I then sorted this information on based off of product value and delivered to our product team. This then helped navigate our upcoming product roadmaps. Customers were able to see their request and needs being addressed and coming to light.
